From working in a restaurant run by my relatives, at the age of 14, to working in Gordon Ramsay’s kitchens, I explored new culinary horizons. I experienced tastes and tried techniques; I learned about different cultures and new kitchens; I have been able to express my ideas giving life to courses of the highest standards.
