I was born in the south of Italy and I spent most of my childhood in the kitchen, led by a great passion and love for cooking. I started working at the age of 14 in a restaurant ran by relatives. Worked my way through, starting from making cold starters.
Driven by the love I saw in my mother’s eyes while cooking I decided to go to culinary school and after moving to London, by the age of 22 I was working for a traditional Italian restaurant in Teddington.
A year after I joined The Gordon Ramsay Group as Demi Chef in Bread Street Kitchen.
I started exploring and learning various techniques within cultures and cuisines, while working in different restaurants of the group, including Heddon Street Kitchen and Union Street Café.
Eight years after the beginning of this fascinating journey I left my Head Chef position in Gordon Ramsay holding, in order to start a new chapter of my life as Executive Head Chef in Century Club, a private member club where I succeeded in expressing myself to the fullest by leading an amazing team and bigger operation.
My passion for hospitality helped me to deliver constant high quality courses and to pass my knowledge to others, teaching them and inspiring in them the same love and passion I learned from my mother.
